Founded by DMV area music professionals FOR local music professionals, the DMV Music Alliance is made up of a network of volunteers who are all inspired to make a positive difference in our music community. Our team environment brings together individuals from various facets of the local music ecosystem, experience-levels, genres, and communities across the DMV.

 

The Alliance was founded on the premise that, with greater unity, cooperation, and inclusion across the entire metro area — as well as all ethnicities and genres — we can become a more thriving music scene and better demonstrate the value of DC area music to local fans, businesses, government, and outside donors.
